Job Summary
We are a small local ABA company seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to develop and implement individualized intervention plans. This role involves working closely with children with disabilities, including those diagnosed with autism, to promote positive behavioral changes and support their developmental progress. The BCBA will serve as a key team member in delivering high-quality behavior intervention services compassionately and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and evaluate behavior intervention programs tailored to each individual's needs using applied behavior analysis principles.
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges, informing intervention strategies.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff involved in implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Monitor progress regularly and modify intervention plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance records.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis and autism spectrum disorder interventions.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior intervention strategies.
- Experience working directly with children with disabilities in clinical or educational settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with families, team members, and external professionals.
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
